No, there is no cost to you whatsoever. We are based solely on commission.

A typical sale runs Thursday-Saturday, 10:00am-4:00pm. Hours can change for smaller or larger projects.

Small, high-value items are secured in a jewelry case and attended by a staff member.

We advertise on EstateSales.net, Facebook, our website and will have signs at major intersections in the area/neighborhood. We encourage you to let your neighbors know should you use the Nextdoor App.

We serve a 100 mile radius around Denver including south to Colorado Springs and north to Ft. Collins, our mountain communities and eastern plains.

You will be provided with an accounting summary and a direct deposit (or check, if you prefer) within 5-8 business days after the close of your sale.

We pay the credit card fees.

You can choose to keep some items or call a haul-away/donation company. We can provide a list for those services. Most estate sale companies do not provide this service as it can be seen as a conflict of interest.
